★The Origins of this New Idea
Saxophonist Shun Kumagai felt that his mouthpiece cap was too bulky when carrying many musical instruments as a multiple woodwind player.
It occupied too much storage space in his case, leaving little room for anything else . He also felt it was very distracting when placing a cap in his pants pocket or on a music stand while playing.
Therefore, he made it possible to reshape the cap so it can be stored easily in a small gap or pocket—and succeeded in solving such problems!
With the Puppet Cap, you too can store various necessary items in your case and reduce the numbers of items you carry.
★Cool and Stylish Design!
Shun Kumagai felt that previous caps had been thought only as "a thing to protect the reed," which does not feel appealing to the saxophone, an otherwise brilliantly cool instrument. Therefore, this cap has been produced using plastics and soft caps like silicon.
The result: the cool and stylish Puppet Cap design, befitting of any woodwind instrument!
